The process of flame spraying of powder materials is designed to protect the surfaces of parts from corrosion, erosion, high environmental impact and improve the shortcomings of mechanical treatment.

Flame sprayed coating is based on the heating of the powder material on the basis of polyetherketone, polyphenylene sulphide, UHMW polyethylene and other materials in a high temperature flame, which is formed during the combustion of a propane-butane mixture or acetylene within oxygen.

It is used for corrosion protection of capacitive equipment, chemical reactors, shafts, rods, sleeves for pumping equipment, etc.

Provides:

  • Corrosion resistance of the treated equipment in aggressive environments;
  • Creation of solid wear-resistant coating;
  • High erosion resistance;
  • Correction of deficiencies of mechanical treatment.
